7.00am    Morning walk/ yoga on the beach/ beach bootcamp
8.00am  Breakfast
9.30am    Sea kayak/ SUP or Tai Chi
11.30am  Self defence class or outdoor circuit training
1.00pm    Lunch
2.00pm    Aqua class or core strengthening class/ relax at the beach or resort pool
4.30pm    Meditation and yoga
5.30pm    Health Education Seminar
7.00pm    Dinner
8.00pm    Evening sunset walk or massage treatment

*None of our activities are compulsory, so if you prefer to sleep in, or just chill out by the pool or beach that’s fine with us!
